Decorate natural and most synthetic fabrics with 4 ounces of carbon black Handy Art Fabric Paint. Apply from the bottle tip or with a brush, stamp, sponge, block or screen. Dries soft and flexible. Heat-set with an iron for a permanent, washable finish. Add Fabric Paint Base for transparency; add Fabric Paint Binder for wool or silk and improved washability. AP Certified non-toxic.
